If you’ve already got some Waving basics down and want to take the style further, or just learn a solid routine, this class is for you. You’ll need to have learnt the Arm Wave beforehand. In this 35 minute class, we start with a quick warm up - running through arm waves and a few body waves, we then move straight into an 8x8 combo. The routine mixes different ways of using the Wave, so you’ll learn new approaches and concepts along the way. We only do the regular arm wave once at the very end.
